Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Select the product variant and quantity on the product page, add it to your cart and follow checkout. For a custom or wholesale order, contact us first so we can confirm the specifications, price and delivery plan. Your order confirmation is sent to the email address entered at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We will check its current production or shipping status and let you know what is possible. Changes may be limited once a custom item has entered production or an order has shipped.
What payment methods can I use?
The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout and may vary by country or order type. For a custom or wholesale quotation, our team will explain the applicable payment process before you confirm the order.
Are taxes and import duties included?
Tax and duty treatment depends on your destination, the shipping service and the terms confirmed for your order. Review the checkout total or ask us for a quotation that clearly states what is included. For international wholesale shipments, please confirm any import responsibilities before paying.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We serve customers in multiple countries. Available destinations and shipping charges depend on the item and delivery address. Enter your address at checkout or send it to us for a custom or bulk shipping quote.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Timing depends on whether the item is ready to ship or made to order, as well as the destination and transport method. Our shipping policy gives a general estimate for standard items; custom and bulk orders receive a separate production and delivery estimate. Contact us before ordering if you have a fixed event or installation date.
Can you arrange express or urgent shipping?
Express or air shipping may be available for some destinations and items. Send us the product, quantity, delivery address and deadline so we can check stock, production status, cost and a realistic delivery estimate. Next-day international delivery is not guaranteed.
How are mannequins packed, and will I receive tracking?
Packaging depends on the product's size, finish and removable components. If you need carton dimensions or packing details for a specific item, ask before ordering. Once the shipment is dispatched, we provide tracking information when available, as described in our shipping policy.
Returns & After-Sales Support
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Inspect the package promptly and keep all packaging. Take clear photos or video of the outer carton, labels, damaged area and complete item, then email your order number and evidence to oversea005@deliangdisplay.com as soon as possible. Our team will review the issue and advise the next steps under the applicable return and refund policy.
Can I return a standard or customized mannequin?
Return eligibility depends on the item and reason for return. Please review the return and refund policy before sending anything back, and contact us with your order number for approval and instructions. Custom-made items have different conditions; manufacturing defects and shipping damage are handled case by case under the policy.
Is there a return shipping cost or restocking fee?
Return costs depend on the circumstances and the terms that apply to your order. Contact us before shipping an item back so we can confirm the return address, shipping responsibility and any applicable deduction in writing. Do not send a return without prior instructions.
When will I receive a refund?
After an eligible return is received and inspected, refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider. See our return and refund policy for the current process, or contact us with your order number for an update.
Dress Forms & Mannequins
What is the difference between a dress form and a display mannequin?
A dress form is typically used for garment development, draping, fitting or tailoring. A display mannequin presents finished clothing in a store, showroom or window. DE-LIANG offers tailor dress forms and retail display mannequins; check each product's construction and measurements before choosing it for your work.
Do you sell full-body, torso and half-scale dress forms?
Yes. Our range includes full-body mannequins, torso forms and half-scale forms, along with selected head, hand, bust, hip and foot displays. Start with the intended use: garment making, boutique presentation, accessories or visual merchandising. Product options vary by model.
What is a half-scale dress form used for?
A half-scale dress form is a smaller form used to explore garment shapes, test draping ideas and make scaled samples while using less fabric and workspace. How do I choose the right mannequin or dress form size?
Compare your garment's intended bust or chest, waist, hip, shoulder and height measurements with the dimensions listed for the specific form. For pattern making, prioritize the body measurements and construction features you need; for retail display, also consider pose and garment style. Send us your size chart and product link if you would like help selecting a model.
Are the arms, head, legs or base removable?
Some DE-LIANG models have detachable parts, adjustable stands or poseable wooden arms, but the configuration differs by product. Review the product photos, variant selection and specifications, or ask us to confirm what is included before ordering.
What materials and finishes are available?
Depending on the model, options may include linen, velvet, suede, leather or kraft-paper finishes, as well as painted or plated display mannequins. Fabric texture, color and care needs differ. If you have a store palette or a specific display concept, send us your reference and we can discuss suitable materials.
Customization & Wholesale
Can DE-LIANG make a custom mannequin or dress form?
Yes. We offer custom solutions for fashion brands, boutiques, designers and visual merchandising projects. Tell us the type of form, target measurements, material, color, arm or base preference, quantity and deadline. Front and side reference images help our team assess the request and prepare a quote. Feasibility and lead time depend on the design.
Can I choose a custom fabric color or wooden arm finish?
Custom colors and finishes can be discussed for eligible products. A Pantone reference, fabric swatch or clear photo helps us match your direction; exact appearance can vary with material and lighting. Wooden arm color and configuration also depend on the model. Contact us before ordering to confirm the options and any associated cost.
Do you accept bulk orders, and is wholesale pricing available?
Yes. For multiple mannequins or dress forms, send us the product links, quantities, destination and any custom requirements. We will check availability, production timing, shipping options and a project-specific quotation. Bulk pricing depends on the items and order details.
Can you help choose mannequins for my boutique or window display?
Yes. Tell us what garments or accessories you want to display, your preferred aesthetic, available floor space and approximate budget. Photos of your store or display area are useful. We can suggest suitable full-body mannequins, torso forms or accessory displays from our range.
Can I see a sample or visit in person before placing a large order?
Contact us with the model and quantity you are considering. We can discuss available product photos, videos or sample options and confirm whether an in-person visit or pickup can be arranged. Please make an appointment before planning a visit.
