Return Conditions

7-Day Window: Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, requests beyond this period cannot be accepted.

*Items must be in original condition: unused, with all tags intact and in original packaging.
Note: Customized items are eligible for exchange only in cases of shipping damage; no refunds will be provided for bespoke products.


Damage & Quality Issues

If you discover damage upon delivery, please follow these steps immediately:

  • Document: Take clear photos/videos of the damaged item and the outer packaging.
  • Report: Contact the courier company to file a damage claim.
  • Notify Us: Send all evidence to oversea005@deliangdisplay.com within 24 hours. We will verify and provide a solution promptly.
  How to Start a Return
01 Approval
Contact us for the return address after our team confirms your request.
02 Shipping
Ship the item back using a traceable logistics service. Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
03 Verification
Once received, we will inspect the item within 2 working days.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • PayPal: Processed instantly after approval.
  • Credit/Bank Cards: Typically takes 3-10 working days to appear on your statement.

Important: If returned items show signs of use or damage that affects secondary sales, the refund may be denied and the item returned to you.
