Shipping, Duties & Taxes

DDP is our default shipping arrangement. For orders with a product value of US$49 or more, shipping, customs clearance and import duties and taxes are included where DDP service is available. DDP is unavailable in some destinations, including Argentina and certain parts of the Middle East; we will notify you after receiving your order and ship via DHL with import duties and taxes payable by the customer. DHL transit is typically 3–5 days after dispatch to most destinations, excluding production and preparation; actual timing may vary. This estimate does not apply to all DDP methods. Orders under US$49 exclude shipping charges and import duties and taxes.

Returns & Support

For quality issues or products that do not match the listing, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, tracking number, product photos and an unboxing video. We support a refund or agreed compensation for confirmed issues. For transit damage, we support replacement shipments or agreed compensation. Keep the packaging and photo/video evidence.

For other reasons, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receipt; shipping costs and a handling fee of 30% of the product value will be deducted, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Customized products generally cannot be returned or cancelled once production starts; remedies for quality issues, misdescription and shipping damage remain available.

Contact oversea005@deliangdisplay.com for assistance and return instructions. These store-policy deadlines, evidence requests and deductions do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, refunds and deductions follow applicable law rather than an automatic 30% fee.
Materials & care

DE-LIANG mannequins, dress forms, and retail display accessories are crafted from a variety of materials, including fiberglass, foam, linen, velvet, suede, wood, and metal. Materials and finishes vary by product and selected style.

Care & Maintenance Tips:

  • Fabric-Covered Surfaces: Gently remove dust with a soft brush or dry cloth. Avoid soaking, harsh detergents, and excessive rubbing.
  • Fiberglass & Painted Finishes: Clean with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the surface.
  • Wooden & Metal Components: Wipe gently with a dry cloth and keep away from prolonged moisture.
  • Pinnable Dress Forms: Insert pins only into surfaces specifically designed for pinning.
  • Storage: Keep products in a clean, dry environment, away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight.

Regular care helps maintain the appearance and functionality of your mannequins and display props.
