Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund policy:

1.The Buyer can ask a refund if received the goods broken, but must apply within 7 days after the goods signed. 

2.If the package broken or damage, pls open the box immediate and check the items, take some photo for evidence and also ask a compensation with courier. If items without quality problem, clients can sign it. Once the goods have been signed for more than 7 days, the return application cannot be accepted.

5.We can not refund for any customize items, but if quality problem during delivery, we will do the replacement.

6.All returned items must be unused, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable conditions, won't be eligible for a refund, and we will need to send them back to you.You will need to use an outer packaging to protect the goods. If there is a quality problem of the returned product, the buyer needs to bear the corresponding cost of loss If there is a manufacturing issue with the item, you are eligible for return and full refund.

You will take care of shipping your items back to us, picking the courier and shipping service you prefer – we recommend using a trackable shipping service.


.:How long do I need to wait to get my refund?
We usually take care of returns within 2 business days upon receipt, and you will receive an email update about it. We issue refunds through the same payment method you used for your order. PayPal refunds will appear immediately on your account. Bank card refunds may take up to 10 business days before showing up, due to varying processing times among payment providers.
