Shipping policy

1. We typically ship via air or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) with door-to-door service. For standard items, we arrange dispatch within 3-5 working days once the order is received. The estimated delivery time is approximately 12-18 days, excluding force majeure events.

2. Once the goods are shipped, we will update and provide the tracking number for each shipment to keep you informed.
