Shipping, Duties & Taxes

DDP is our default shipping arrangement. For orders with a product value of US$49 or more, shipping, customs clearance and import duties and taxes are included where DDP service is available. DDP is unavailable in some destinations, including Argentina and certain parts of the Middle East; we will notify you after receiving your order and ship via DHL with import duties and taxes payable by the customer. DHL transit is typically 3โ€“5 days after dispatch to most destinations, excluding production and preparation; actual timing may vary. This estimate does not apply to all DDP methods. Orders under US$49 exclude shipping charges and import duties and taxes.

Returns & Support

For quality issues or products that do not match the listing, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, tracking number, product photos and an unboxing video. We support a refund or agreed compensation for confirmed issues. For transit damage, we support replacement shipments or agreed compensation. Keep the packaging and photo/video evidence.

For other reasons, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receipt; shipping costs and a handling fee of 30% of the product value will be deducted, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Customized products generally cannot be returned or cancelled once production starts; remedies for quality issues, misdescription and shipping damage remain available.
