Shipping, Duties & Taxes
DDP is our default shipping arrangement. For orders with a product value of US$49 or more, shipping, customs clearance and import duties and taxes are included where DDP service is available. DDP is unavailable in some destinations, including Argentina and certain parts of the Middle East; we will notify you after receiving your order and ship via DHL with import duties and taxes payable by the customer. DHL transit is typically 3–5 days after dispatch to most destinations, excluding production and preparation; actual timing may vary. This estimate does not apply to all DDP methods. Returns & Support
For quality issues or products that do not match the listing, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, tracking number, product photos and an unboxing video. We support a refund or agreed compensation for confirmed issues. For transit damage, we support replacement shipments or agreed compensation. Keep the packaging and photo/video evidence.
For other reasons, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receipt; shipping costs and a handling fee of 30% of the product value will be deducted, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Customized products generally cannot be returned or cancelled once production starts; remedies for quality issues, misdescription and shipping damage remain available.
