🛑 Return conditions
Returns can be requested for a refund within 7 days of signing for the item, and will not be accepted after that time.
Merchandise needs to be in its original condition: unused, tags intact, packaging intact.
Customized items will only be accepted for exchange for shipping damage, no refunds.
⚠️ Damage/Quality Issues Handling
Damage found when signing for the goods: take photos and keep them immediately, contact the courier company to claim for the damage, and send evidence to:

Arrange your own courier to send it back (we recommend using traceable logistics).
Return address: provided after customer service confirmation.
Return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
💸 Refund instructions
Processing time: within 2 working days after receiving the return.
Refund method: the original payment path back (PayPal instant arrival, bank card takes 3-10 working days).
Non-quality return: If the item affects secondary sales, it will be returned to you.
