Returns & Support
For quality issues or products that do not match the listing, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, tracking number, product photos and an unboxing video. We support a refund or agreed compensation for confirmed issues. For transit damage, we support replacement shipments or agreed compensation. Keep the packaging and photo/video evidence.
For other reasons, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receipt; shipping costs and a handling fee of 30% of the product value will be deducted, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Customized products generally cannot be returned or cancelled once production starts; remedies for quality issues, misdescription and shipping damage remain available.
