Return and Refund Policy

  1. Buyers can request a refund for damaged goods within 7 days of delivery.
  2. If the package arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately, take photos as evidence, and file a claim with the courier. Claims made more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.

  4. Alternatively, contact oversea005@deliangdisplay.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
  5. Customized items are non-refundable. However, we offer replacements for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
  6. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Items in non-resalable condition are not eligible for a refund. Please use protective outer packaging for returns.

How can I send my item back?
You are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How long until I receive my refund?
We process returns within 2 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. PayPal is instant; bank cards may take up to 10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking: We will provide a tracking number for every shipment once it has been dispatched.
