🌐 Customs & Tax Policy
For Large Items (Air Freight + Delivery):
For major products like our professional Dress Forms&Mannequins, we typically use "Air Freight + Local Delivery" (DDP). This service includes customs clearance and import taxes—your order will be delivered directly to your door with no additional fees.
For Small Items (Express Delivery):
For smaller accessories or individual items shipped via international express (DHL/FEDEX/UPS), the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees.
We collaborate with DHL, FEDEX, UPS, 4PX and specialized Air Freight lines to provide premium door-to-door service.
