If you notice any damage, please take photos of the box and the product and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
- Q: Why is there a 10% restocking fee for non-quality returns?A: Due to the high cost of international shipping and the oversized nature of the product, we apply a 10% fee to cover warehouse and handling costs for returns unrelated to quality (e.g., "changed mind" or "wrong size ordered").
