- Q: What should I do if the product arrives damaged?A: We've got you covered. Although we use reinforced packaging, international transit can be unpredictable. If you notice any damage, please take photos of the box and the product and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
- Q: Why is there a 10% restocking fee for non-quality returns?A: Due to the high cost of international shipping and the oversized nature of the product, we apply a 10% fee to cover warehouse and handling costs for returns unrelated to quality (e.g., "changed mind" or "wrong size ordered").
