Frequently asked questions
Do you take large orders?
Yes. We accept bulk and large orders. In fact, as the leading retailer of mannequins in the USA, we have serviced over 10,000+ retailers. We recommend that you call us first so we can offer you our special pricing and make sure we have the right amount of products in our inventory. If we don't, we can provide you with an updated expected time of delivery and get you taken care of right away.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. We offer special pricing for larger orders - simply call us at 86 135 3763 9371
or email us at support@deliangdisplay.com to talk to one of our specialists.
Do you have expedited shipping? I need my mannequins tomorrow!
If you need to expedite an order, we can certainly help with that. Please give our Customer Support a call at +86 135 3763 9371 to discuss expedited shipping options.
If I'm not happy with my order, can I return it?
Absolutely. We have a no-hassle, no-questions-asked, super-easy return policy. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll happily accept any returns.
Also, unlike our competitors, we have no restocking fee. All other mannequin companies will charge you a 20-25% restocking fee if you return something, but we think that it's completely unreasonable to charge you such a fee. We understand that sometimes you may want to return something, and we want to make it as easy as possible.
